Hey! I'm Luke, Founder of The Stress Sessions.

I decided to create The Stress Sessions podcast to initially tell people my mental health journey.

 

After realising that A LOT more people have mental health problems, this thing became a whole bigger. I want to tackle the stigma head on, so have begun to speak to friends, family, and others outside my bubble who are happy talk about their struggles with mental health.

I hope you can join me on this journey with the aim of defeating the negativity surrounding having a mental health problem.

I HAVE MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND THINK I NEED HELP, BUT I'M NOT SURE WHERE TO TURN.

There's lots of different places to get help, but I'd personally recommend calling the Samaritans, talking to CALM on web chat or texting GIVEUSASHOUT, who are all incredible companies. Visit the 'Contact' page for more information.
